Get Started.

Everything feels difficult. You’re overwhelmed, making it hard to organize your thoughts and your space. Starting tasks is a challenge, and shifting to a new one feels almost impossible once you’re in the groove. Overstimulation, anxiety, lack of focused motivation, and depression leave you exhausted. And then there’s the shame of not being “enough” weighing down on you. Whether you get this from family, teachers, colleagues, or yourself, it’s all too much.

Picture this: you figured it out. You're navigating challenges like a pro (like that dreaded “ADHD paralysis” that kept you from starting your to-do list), hitting once out-of-reach goals, and even your space reflects your newfound clarity. Above all, you've achieved genuine self-acceptance. You understand why things were difficult and embrace that truly being yourself is more than okay. You're confident, in control of your anxiety, and fully comfortable in your own skin.

Living life without the right tools for you to manage your ADHD or ASD challenges has you on an endless loop of disappointment and overwhelm.

Why live another day…

  • → Feeling overwhelmed, like there are multiple trains of thought going on in your brain at once, with no idea how to manage them.

  • → Being overstimulated in certain situations and not understanding why, all without the tools to navigate.

  • → Experiencing shame over your ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or depression symptoms.

  • → Feeling like if you just “worked harder” things would be easier for you. (It’s not about working harder, it’s having the skills and support you’re missing.)

  • → Feeling “ADHD Paralysis” that makes starting and transitioning from tasks feel impossible.

  • → Being insecure in how you present yourself to the world.

  • → Struggling to stick to your commitments because you feel paralyzed by the challenge of starting and prioritizing tasks.

  • → Feeling disappointed in yourself because you’re not where you want to be in life.

  • → Confusion over your diagnosis and symptoms.

Some things we might talk about...

  • What the “self talk script in our head” is all about and how to give it a refresh.

  • My top strategies that create transformations in the lives of people living with ADHD or ASD.

  • My results-driven techniques for navigating challenges and symptoms that pop up and how to move past them.

  • Why not all tools will work for you (and that’s okay).

  • My “non-cookie cutter” approach to managing anxiety and depression.

  • How to unlock the knowledge you need to thrive (that is already within you).

  • My game plan to tackle big tasks that stops the dreaded freeze state and overwhelm.

  • The right way to make a “to-do” list that cuts back on stress, overwhelm, and disappointment.

  • Why taking breaks actually HELPS you when you’re procrastinating or struggling with a task.

  • How to show yourself self-compassion and love, even when you’ve been made to feel like something is “wrong with you.”

  • How to connect with the present moment – where change can be made, instead of the past or future our minds tend to wander to.

  • My blueprint for managing anxiety when it comes, and how to calm it down and let it flow through you.

  • A lot about building self-esteem and genuine acceptance as a person with ADHD or ASD.

  • Strategies for your specific struggles, and how to implement them in moments of crisis.

  • Why you’re not overreacting, and you’re not lazy (to name a couple tropes often put on ADHD and ASD folks).
